1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and use the wso123 Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. wso123 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Indonesian age-restriction norms for gambling services. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or wagering.
2. You are accessing the Platform in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
4. You understand and accept that online gambling may be legally restricted in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing these Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of wso123 or any affiliated company, game provider, or software supplier to the Platform.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by wso123 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds sourced from, any person who does not themselves satisfy all eligibility criteria above.

3 Account Registration

You may only hold one Account on the wso123 Platform at any time. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being permanently closed and any balances across those Accounts being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (matching your national identity document), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and your preferred bank account details for withdrawals. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password). wso123 recommends using a unique, strong password of at least twelve characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You must not share your credentials with any third party. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as authorized by you, unless you notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Suspension

wso123 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time pending verification of identity, investigation of suspected rule breaches, or where required by anti-money-laundering obligations. During suspension, withdrawals may be held until the investigation concludes. We will endeavor to communicate the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe where disclosure does not compromise a legal investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wso123 is required by its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) policies to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before higher deposit limits are activated.

4.1 Required Documents

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, complete, and unexpired copy of your Indonesian national ID showing your name, ID number, date of birth, and photograph. Both sides must be submitted if information appears on the reverse.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face. Both your face and the document details must be clearly visible and unobstructed. Filters, editing software, and photo-shop alterations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
• Bank Account Confirmation: A photograph of your bank passbook cover or mobile banking screenshot showing your account holder name and account number. This must match the name on your wso123 Account exactly.

4.2 Processing Timeline

Standard KYC review is completed within 2 to 8 hours during WIB business hours (Monday through Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Submissions received on Sundays or after 20:00 WIB will be reviewed on the next available business day. You will receive an email notification once your verification is approved or if additional documents are required.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

For accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per month or withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 100,000,000 in a single transaction, wso123 may request additional documentation including source-of-funds declarations, employment verification, or bank statements covering the preceding three months. Enhanced due diligence is a standard requirement under international AML frameworks and is not a reflection of any suspicion directed at the Player.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your wso123 Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wso123 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any international transfer will be rejected and returned at the sender's cost.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

wso123 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, starting from Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are set per method as published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated periodically.

5.2 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. wso123 does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets belonging to another person, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed to the source account, and the receiving wso123 Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your wso123 Balance within 60 seconds of receipt confirmation. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support immediately via live chat with your transfer reference number and timestamp. wso123 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure outside our control, including scheduled maintenance windows by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet providers.

5.4 Deposit Limits for Responsible Gaming

Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. 6 Withdrawals

wso123 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. We do not impose arbitrary delays or create unnecessary friction for Players wishing to access their winnings.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a withdrawable Balance (real-money funds, not locked bonus funds) sufficient to cover the requested amount plus any applicable processing minimum; (c) have made at least one qualifying deposit to the Account; and (d) not have any pending investigations, chargebacks, or compliance holds on your Account.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered in your own name. The destination account must match the name on your wso123 Account. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business period.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 30 minutes to 3 hours. Maximum per-transaction e-wallet withdrawal is Rp 10,000,000.
• First withdrawal from a newly verified Account: Up to 24 hours, as additional compliance checks apply to new withdrawal destinations.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are published on the withdrawal page and may vary by verification tier and account standing. Players requiring withdrawals above published maximums should contact their Account manager or support team to arrange a structured payment schedule.

6.4 Withdrawal to Third Parties

Withdrawals to any account not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited under our AML policy. Any attempt to direct funds to a third-party account will result in the request being rejected, the Account being suspended, and a mandatory compliance review being initiated.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wso123 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden in a promotion's individual terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be "wagered through" a specified number of times before they convert to real-money withdrawable funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a bonus of Rp 100,000 means you must place cumulative qualifying bets totaling at least Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus converts. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in its individual terms page.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard contribution rates are: slot games — 100%; crash games — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; sports betting — 100% on single bets with minimum odds of 1.50, 0% on cashed-out bets; lottery (togel) markets — 50%; virtual sports — 50%; table games (RNG baccarat, roulette, blackjack) — 10%. Games excluded from bonus wagering will be identified in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in each promotion's terms. Upon expiry, any uncleared bonus funds and winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates via the Account bonus dashboard.

7.4 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active and uncompleted, the maximum permissible bet is Rp 25,000 per spin, hand, or betting selection unless the promotion terms specify a higher limit. Placing bets exceeding this maximum while an active bonus is running constitutes misuse of the promotion and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

wso123 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; wagering in a manner that exploits low-risk bet patterns to satisfy requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using betting software, bots, or arbitrage strategies while a bonus is active; and collusion between Players. Detection of any such behavior will result in immediate bonus cancellation, Account suspension, and forfeiture of related winnings.

7.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

wso123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally feasible. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a Player at the time of the change.

8 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on the wso123 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market, as published in the game's information panel or the sportsbook's betting rules section. The following general principles apply across all Services.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification from the Platform displaying the bet reference number, stake, selection, and potential payout. In the event of connectivity issues that prevent confirmation from being received, the bet should be treated as not placed. Do not assume a bet was accepted without a reference number in your Account's bet history.

8.2 Obvious Errors

If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds, game parameters, or payout structure caused by a technical malfunction or human error on our part, wso123 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. "Obvious error" means an error that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect — for example, a football match offered at 100:1 for both teams simultaneously, or a slot displaying a pay-table with clearly impossible multipliers.

8.3 Results & Settlements

Sporting event results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 official results for Indonesian domestic league matches). Lottery results, including all togel market draws, are settled against official source draw results (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.) as recorded at the time of draw. Any discrepancy between a result shown on the Platform and the official source will be resolved in favor of the official source result.

8.4 Cancellations & Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its scheduled start, or abandoned before reaching a point where a result can be officially declared, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player Accounts within 24 hours of the void decision. Accumulated bets (mix parlay — multi-leg accumulator bets) containing a voided leg will have that leg treated as a push (1.00 odds), with the accumulator recalculated accordingly.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict maximum net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a specified play duration.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing session duration and net profit or loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Self-Assessment: Complete a confidential problem gambling questionnaire to assess your current behavior patterns.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the wso123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a wager.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not arise under normal operation.
• Chargeback fraud — disputing a legitimate deposit with your bank or payment provider after using those funds to wager.
• Registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law, when you have acknowledged awareness of that prohibition.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wso123 staff, other Players, or third-party service agents via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wso123 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game logic, visual design, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, brand names, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of wso123 or its licensed content suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from wso123.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wso123 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure credentials; or interruption of service due to maintenance or force majeure events.

wso123's total aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13 Privacy & Data

wso123's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal and financial data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with AML obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the duration required by applicable legal and licensing obligations, typically a minimum of five years following Account closure.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts under active investigation or compliance review cannot be closed until the review concludes.

14.2 Termination by wso123

wso123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by a licensing authority or law enforcement agency; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; or (d) you have not logged in for a continuous period of 24 months (dormant account policy). In cases of termination due to your breach, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination indefinitely.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso123 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to wso123's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification to support, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by our licensing authority. wso123's decision on matters of game result, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to the licensing authority's override power.

Nothing in this clause prevents wso123 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm caused by a Player's breach of these Terms.

16 Amendments to These Terms

wso123 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated via email to your registered address and via an on-screen notification at your next login, no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Minor or administrative changes (such as correcting typographical errors, updating contact details, or clarifying existing provisions without substantively altering their effect) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the change takes effect.
